At claymoreshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
